Admissions and enrollment policy

Fair, documented admission decisions and a clear monthly start-date rule.

Eligibility and published offers

Assess applications only for programs formally approved and open for intake. State entry requirements, documents, language expectations, delivery conditions, fee basis and awarding arrangements.

Decision

An authorized reviewer checks completeness and published criteria. Record the result as offer, conditional offer, request for information or refusal, with reasons and a review route. Payment alone does not create admission.

Accept, pay and start

The student first receives and accepts a written offer. It must state the exact amount due, what period it covers, currency, due date, refund terms and secure payment route. After cleared payment and completion of conditions, the start date is the first calendar day of the next month. Example: cleared payment on 15 October → start on 1 November.

Late or incomplete cases

If conditions remain incomplete, payment is reversed, or the learning environment is unavailable, enrollment is not activated. Tell the applicant how to defer or obtain a refund under approved terms.
