Clear answers for the IEU preview

This page explains what the current directory does—and does not—confirm.

Is IEU primarily online?

Yes. The university is being developed around an online-first model. Local support may be considered through partnerships when needed; no branch is represented as currently operating.

Are the programs open for applications?

No. The listed LGU records are program information pages. Applications and enrollment are not open.

Are the listed fees final?

Listed tuition is shown in USD by study level. The billing basis, payment schedule, additional charges and final terms are still awaiting approval. No payments are collected through this site.

What are the tuition information?

Diploma: $1,200 USD; Bachelor’s: $5,000 USD; Master’s: $6,000 USD; Doctorate: $6,000 USD. Listed tuition amounts are in USD by study level. The written offer must state the billing period and final terms; no payment is collected through this site.

Does listing a subject mean a degree is available?

No. An academic field is an area of interest, not automatically an approved or available degree. Program pages are separately marked as information only.

Who awards the qualifications?

The awarding body and degree-award authority have not been verified for the planning records. No awarding claim is made on this preview.

Are programs accredited or recognized?

This preview does not make accreditation, authorization or recognition claims. These matters must be verified for the institution and each program before enrollment begins.

Will IEU have physical locations?

The institutional model is online-first. Future locations or local services may be developed through partnerships when there is a clear need; no physical branch is confirmed here.

Can regulated or practical programs be completed online?

Not necessarily. Clinical, laboratory, supervised practice and placement requirements need program-specific review. The online-first model does not imply that every subject is fully remote.

How can I compare programs?

Use the program directory to add up to three program listings to a local comparison. This tool does not submit an inquiry or application.

What is the 16-program partner review portfolio?

It is a set of study plans included in the supplied academic dossier: 12 source-based curriculum records and four new proposals. The portfolio is for review and does not mean that IEU has permission to teach, admit students to or award these programs.

Are the four new partner proposals approved?

No. Pharmacy, Architecture, Interior Design and Dental Prosthetics are shown as new proposals. Dental Prosthetics is a vocational pathway proposal, not a university Bachelor’s degree.

How do partner-review programs relate to the LGU directory?

Each is grouped under a relevant IEU faculty and, where appropriate, linked to related LGU planning concepts. These links are for navigation; they do not claim equivalence, credit transfer or an approved partnership.

How is the monthly start date planned?

Under the proposed admissions flow, the start date is the first calendar day of the month after cleared payment and completion of admission conditions. For example, cleared payment on 15 October would plan a 1 November start. This rule is not active until the admissions process is approved and connected.

Can I apply or pay through this preview?

No. The site currently provides the proposed admissions steps and a start-date estimator only. It does not collect applicant information or accept payment.
