Required offer disclosure
Before requesting payment, identify whether tuition covers a full program, academic year, term or other unit; any deposit or additional charge; due date; bank or exchange fees; and accepted payment methods.
Refund and cancellation
An approved schedule must explain withdrawal before study starts, withdrawal after the start date, duplicate payments, access failure, program cancellation, refund timing and the review contact.
Financial controls
Use an authorized payment processor and institution-controlled account. Reconcile payments to student records, issue receipts and limit staff access to payment information.
